Built for industrial digital book production, the HDP1100 transforms a wide printed web into finished book blocks in one continuous process. Unwinding, dual plow folding, precision cross-cutting, side gluing and controlled stacking are synchronized to reduce handling and keep production stable across long and variable jobs.
