The SINOSUN YZ-650PC-B is the automation-focused model in the 650 mm folder-gluer range. Independent servo drives provide precise section control, while the control system stores more than 4,000 job parameter sets for repeat orders. One-touch setup can complete a saved job change in under one minute, depending on configuration.
The platform is intended for 200–650 g/m² cardboard and blanks up to 650 mm wide, with line speeds up to 400 m/min and a maximum folding thickness of 12 mm. It supports straight-line, crash-lock and double-side cartons, with optional 4- and 6-corner capability.
This model is aimed at converters that value rapid changeovers, repeatability and reduced manual adjustment. Final servo layout, modules and performance are confirmed after reviewing carton samples.
