FENGCHI GW-1700 LP/BP High-Speed Flute Laminator

The GW-1700 LP/BP combines a 1700 × 1650 mm maximum sheet format with servo-driven control and fast job setup for demanding corrugated-packaging production. The LP configuration is intended for leading-edge feeding; the BP configuration uses belt feeding for smooth board transport.

Key data: top sheet 120–700 g/m²; bottom sheet from F-flute up to 10 mm; mechanical speed up to 22,000 sheets/hour (up to 175 m/min); accuracy ±1.0 mm; 380 V three-phase supply; installed power approx. 30 kW; weight approx. 8,500 kg; dimensions approx. 16,300 × 2,650 × 2,550 mm.

Touchscreen settings, automatic lubrication and servo synchronisation support repeatable quality and rapid changeovers. Final specification depends on the selected LP or BP configuration and the customer’s materials.
