Installed configuration — information supplied by the owner

1 unwinding unit: feeds the substrate roll into the press.

7 offset printing units installed, of which 5 are currently operational. One offset unit is positioned after the hot-foil unit.

1 hot-foil stamping unit: decorative foil transfer.

1 flexographic varnishing unit: in-line varnish application.

1 embossing unit: relief finishing.

1 die-cutting unit: cuts the label shape.

1 waste-matrix removal unit: separates the surrounding waste from the labels.

2 rewinding units: rewind the processed web.

Condition and required repairs

Two offset units are out of order. Motors for the water and ink rollers need to be sourced/ordered for both units. The main motor of one unit also needs replacement; a new replacement motor is available. Restoring operation requires installation and testing. Several refurbished electronic boards for unit positioning are also available.

Finishing format

The model catalogue specifies flatbed or semi-rotary processing up to 254 mm wide and 101.6–254 mm long. These are model specifications; the working format and tooling of each installed hot-foil, embossing and die-cutting unit must be verified from its documentation.
