SEMI-AUTOMATIC MACHINE TO PRODUCCE WRAPPED RIGID BOXES MAX 24cm HIGH.

Semi-automatic machine to produce high-quality rigid boxes.

Manual positioning of the glued paper onto the conveyor tape with teflon guides (paper gluing  to be made on a separate machine).

Manual positioning of the box onto the glued paper with pneumatic centering device.

Automatic centering & traslation of the materials to the automatic wrapping unit by telescopic conveyor tape.

Automatic wrapping unit.

Pick&Place to move the ready box to the delivery unit.

Moulds for each box size can be wooden made and easily installed/removed by a quick-release system.

The semi-automatic version can be upgraded with automatic paper feeder, gluing unit and box’ mechanical centering device (motors & sensors).

Paper with gluing surface as 700x1000mm.

Boxes grooved and die-cut.

Box internal sizes:

min. 50x50mm – Max. 500x500mm.

height min.20mm – max. 240mm.

Paper thickness: from 110gr./m². to 150gr./m².

Job-size change over: 15-20min.

Mechanical speed: 500 cycles/hour.

Production capacity: 300/350 wrapped boxes/hour (subject to sizes, materials and operator).
