Automatic machine to apply the Pull Drawer Ribbon onto wrapped rigid boxes.
SHORT LINE DESCRIPTION
• Rigid boxes are placed by the operator in the feeder where one by one are taken automatically and moved to the first unit.
• In the first unit the box is punched to make possible to create a space where the ribbon will be inserted.
• The ribbon fed directly from reel is cut by hot-system, inserted in the box and glued by hot-melt glue, and then manipulated to get a round loop and close it.
• The finished product is ejected to be easily picked up by the operator.

• Materiali utilizzabili : • Wrapped rigid boxes. • Hot-Melt glue. • Ribbon 15mm wide (on reel).
• Adjustable position of the Ribbon on the box.
