The machine can be equipped with additional options such as cold glue, a back support unit, and a tape applicator.
The Lamina Gluer is a straight-line gluing machine built on a robust frame of extruded, anodized aluminum profiles. It is designed for manual feeding of die-cut, creased, and slotted materials. The operator positions the blanks, and the hot melt unit applies the glue as the materials pass through the machine. The length and precise position of the glue line can be easily pre-set using a PLC with a touch screen interface.
A system of press rollers ensures perfect adhesion and guides the glued blanks to a stacking unit, which can be easily adjusted for different sizes. The machine is equipped with adjustable and interchangeable side guides, allowing for the gluing of two-piece boxes as well. The Lamina Gluer is delivered ready for connection to electrical and pneumatic systems.
