Graphotrade Ltd. has successfully completed another modernization project for the Bulgarian printing industry by supplying, installing, and commissioning a new generation of automated punching and wire binding equipment at the production facility of DEYA Advertising Agency, with the support of a European Union competitiveness funding program.

The company's latest investment is focused on automating some of the most demanding production processes for notebooks, planners, catalogs, presentation materials, calendars, and other wire-bound products.
The new equipment significantly increases production capacity and enables customer orders to be completed in much shorter lead times.
One of the machines performs fully automatic punching with a productivity of up to 7,200 punches per hour, allowing rapid preparation of large production runs. The second machine automates the insertion and closing of double-loop wire binding with a capacity of up to 1,000 finished products per hour.
The combination of these two machines replaces numerous manual operations and provides a fully automated production process featuring high speed, outstanding repeatability, and consistently superior product quality.
